The GRI designation is one of the most recognized designations in the real estate industry and it is considered the foundation for all other advanced real estate designations. The GRI symbol is recognized nationwide, showing buyers, sellers and other real estate industry members that you are a true professional and have a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals.

The education you receive in the GRI program is considered by many as the most comprehensive training program available today to REALTORS® in the nation. The GRI program is designed to enhance REALTORS (R) knowledge of real estate marketing and hone skills that will set you apart from the competition.

Completing the GRI series will provide 92 hours of continuing education credit:Â 70 hours of Consumer Protection Credit, 14 hours of Consumer Service Credit, and 3 hours each of the DRE mandated "Agency" credit, "Ethics" credit, "Trust Fund" credit and "Fair Housing" credit.
